Aya Dashboard is a construction progress tracking platform built for Opticfy's inaugural client engagement. It transforms raw field data into AI-powered status summaries, progress visualizations, and automated stakeholder reports that keep all parties aligned on project timelines and milestones.
Problem
Construction project stakeholders — owners, general contractors, and subcontractors — all need different views of the same project data. Manual report generation is time-consuming and error-prone, and by the time reports are compiled, the data is already outdated.
Approach
The dashboard ingests field data through multiple channels (manual entry, photo uploads, IoT sensors) and processes it through AI-powered analysis pipelines. Status summaries are generated automatically at configurable intervals, with different report templates for different stakeholder audiences. Real-time progress visualizations update as field data arrives.
