Claude Cowork Plugin — Construction

Overview

A purpose-built Claude Cowork plugin designed for construction project management. Field teams input raw progress data — photos, notes, completion percentages — and the plugin generates polished stakeholder-ready reports with AI-powered analysis of timeline risks and resource allocation.

Problem

Construction project managers spend hours each week compiling progress reports from fragmented field data. Stakeholders need clear, consistent updates but field teams communicate in shorthand, photos, and verbal updates that don't translate directly to executive summaries.

Approach

The plugin integrates directly into Claude's Cowork environment, giving construction teams a familiar chat interface. Field inputs are structured through guided prompts, then processed through a multi-step pipeline: data normalization, timeline analysis, risk flagging, and finally natural language report generation tailored to the audience — technical for PMs, executive for stakeholders.
