Problem
NYC construction owners spend part of every day calling foremen for status updates, then manually texting clients. As job volume grows, this breaks down entirely.
Solution
An n8n workflow triggered by a WhatsApp or SMS message from the foreman. Claude AI classifies the job status as on-track, at-risk, or blocked. Clients receive a professional update automatically. The owner only gets alerted when a job is actually blocked, not on every message.
