Problem
City service request routing is manual — residents call different department numbers, staff route requests by hand, and there is no central log. Small cities and municipal agencies lack the budget for enterprise solutions but still need to handle hundreds of requests efficiently.
Solution
A webhook-triggered n8n workflow that handles resident service requests for a city government. Claude AI classifies each request by department (Public Works, Parks, Housing, Transportation) and urgency level. The workflow routes requests to the correct department, sends an auto-acknowledgment to the resident, and logs everything to Google Sheets.
