The Opticfy Pipeline is a 5-stage multi-agent system that automates the entire client acquisition workflow. Feed it a company name and niche — it returns a structured brief, recommended automation workflows, a pitch deck outline, and a personalized outreach draft, all without manual research. Used actively to source and qualify Opticfy consulting prospects.
Problem
AI consulting firms spend 4+ hours per prospect doing manual research before they can even qualify a lead. By the time an outreach email is drafted, hours of context have been assembled by hand — work that is repetitive, error-prone, and doesn't scale.
Approach
Five specialized agents work in sequence: a research agent gathers company context, industry signals, and automation opportunities; an analysis agent produces a structured client brief JSON with pain points and ROI estimates; an n8n agent builds a custom workflow diagram for that client; a presentation agent scaffolds a pitch deck; and an outreach agent drafts a personalized cold email. Claude API orchestrates all reasoning; n8n handles workflow execution; all outputs are structured for JT's review before any external action is taken.
